Production CapabilitiesPre-PressOur pre-press department uses state-of-the-art computer to plate (CTP) technology. We have a totally integrated workflow system, based on PDF files, using Agfa Apogee software and equipment. We constantly update our software ensuring compatibility with our customers and their designers. We use the latest products from Adobe and Quark, including CS, Illustrator, Photoshop and Quark Xpress, and we operate both Macintosh and Windows based operating systems. PressesWe are a predominantly rotary printers and have three high volume rotary web presses. We are able to produce traditional computer forms, with all of the normal options: tinting, numbering, cross/lineal/skip perforations and file hole punching. Our cylinder sizes are 17", 22" , 23.33" (A4) and 24", with a maximum web width of 810mm, and a maximum rewind diameter of 1250mm. We print with both conventional and UV cured inks, so you will never need varnishing. Our maximum number of colours is 8 (available in any combination from 1 over 7 to 4 over 4). Our presses have been fitted with sheeters, allowing us to produce high quality, high volume A4 and A3 full colour sheets very quickly and at a very competitive price.
