IntaCard®

The IntaCard® is manufactured as part of the printed sheet. The image is printed first - in up to 8 colours - then a clear polyester laminate is applied to the front and back of the card area only to give it a plastic look and feel.

Our laminates come in matte, satin and gloss on the front and gloss on the back. All can be laser printed, with matte and satin also being "signature compatible", so they can be written on with a pen where a signature is required. Some laminates also come with inkjet compatible coatings.

You can laser them yourself, or we can do it for you from your data using our specialised cold fusion laser, allowing us to seal the image under the laminate.

An IntaCard® is suitable for just about any application where a magnetic strip is not required.

NEW - we now have the ability to insert a RFID inlay under the backing laminate of our IntaCard®s - Fully EPC Class 1 Gen 2 compliant, total memory 96/240 bit, operating frequency 860-960 MHz.
